Wawa traffic concerns

The owner of property across the intersection said traffic already backs up a quarter-mile at red lights and crashes are common, and asked the commission to consider a different development than a gas station.

The Shell station operator across the intersection said crashes happen weekly, sometimes hitting his pumps, and asked how many additional cars Wawa would bring and how elderly drivers would manage the difficult turns.
